The research assistant position will support the project through building and maintaining spatial data pipelines, spatial databases and spatial data analysis under the guidance of the principal investigators. The work will be done mostly in R using open source tools, with the possibility to extend this into interactive data visualizations. Looking for talented UBC undergraduate or graduate students with R skills (or willingness to learn), wages and hours flexible (likely 10-20/week).
