Burns Bog was officially designated as an Ecological Conservancy Area in 2005. Your zoning map shows it as industrial zoning. A portion of the bog is in private hands but the majority is publicly owned. Please correct your zoning map. Thank you.

Ambiguities in codes, including in this case the split zoning in Delta and the overlay of parks and special protections upon underlying municipal zoning ordinances, sometimes makes categorization tricky, which is what our goal of establishing metrics will ultimately circumnavigate.
